Cali Movers, Inc., has an amazing opportunity for Owner-Operators & Company Drivers to join our fast-paced energetic team of nationwide employees. 

When you become part of the Cali Movers family, you will experience that down home feeling that only Cali Movers can provide.  As an Owner-Operator/Company Driver, you get to be responsible for managing the move process, supervise field labor, interact with customers and operations, and complete paperwork for each shipment.  We hope you like driving (we assume you do) because you also get to drive the truck and assist in packing and loading when necessary. 

We know that everyone wants to work for our company, but unfortunately we have a few prerequisites that must be met.  If you meet these you’re on your way to a new career with a great company! 

 

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Class A or B CDL License.

• Still learning the ropes?  You must have a minimum of six months verifiable OTR experience.  Have your permit or are a new driving school grads?  Let’s talk soon.

• No felony convictions within the past 5 years or misdemeanor convictions within the past 6 months nor have any pending.

• Must not have failed any drug screen or breath alcohol test within the last 2 years.  No “Driving Under the Influence” or “Driving While Intoxicated in a Commercial Vehicle” convictions within the past 2 years, nor in a passenger vehicle within the past 12 months.

• Customers like their items to arrive in the condition they were sent, so no careless, reckless, or negative driving convections within the past 12 months

• We understand things happen, but we draw the line at no more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months, 4 in the past 24 months, or 6 in the past 36 months.
